Dimitris Dimitriadis is the co-founder and CIO of TheFutureCats Innovation Consultancy, an award-winning AI company he founded in 2018. With an academic background in Design focused on innovation (BA, University of the Arts London; MA in Design Interaction, Royal College of Art London) and specialization in Strategic Foresight from the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, he combines strong theoretical grounding with hands-on application of exponential technologies in regulated environments.

TheFutureCats has developed Cogniveil.ai, a platform designed to address the critical needs of regulated industries for trustworthy and transparent artificial intelligence. Cogniveil operates as a trusted, policy-aware intelligence layer between AI models/agents and strictly controlled corporate environments. It ensures compliance, security, and transparency at every step, with full traceability for auditors and regulators.

As a Researcher at the Special Secretariat for Strategic Foresight of the Presidency of the Greek Government, Dimitris contributes to shaping long-term policies that integrate an understanding of megatrends, weak signals, and technology convergence. He has also taught Data Analytics & AI for several years at CITY College, University of York Europe Campus, bridging academic research with applied business strategy.

He is the author of the book “2049 – User Instructions for the Future of Humanity,” published by KEY BOOKS, encouraging readers to embrace uncertainty as a necessary condition for progress—a philosophy reflected both in his work as a futurist and in the way he designs technology products.

For the past 12 years, he has been developing a personal AI project: training an artificial intelligence model intended to advise his niece when he is no longer there—an applied expression of his belief that technology should serve human relationships and the transfer of knowledge to future generations.
